PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water jet boring device capable of boring a preparatory hole in which a precast concrete pile is inserted or a lower hole or the like wherein concrete is cast to construct the pile with high degree of accuracy without using any large equipment. SOLUTION: A water jet boring device is so constituted that a partition plate (4) for vertically partitioning the inside of a boring pipe (2) is provided in a detachable manner, a nozzle section (5) of a water jet device in the partitioned one lower end is mounted to the partition plate (4) through a vibration device (6), the vibration device (6) is so constituted that the water jet is vibrated in the direction of the radius and that the boring pipe (2) is rotationally oscillated by an oscillation device (3) to bore.
