PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming images by use of data collected through cone beam scans. SOLUTION: The method includes a process for reconstructing an image (ρ) by use of the data collected and a process for segmenting the image data for the image (ρ) into a plurality of data assemblies. At least one of the data assemblies corresponds bone data. Next, an error image (Ψ) is formed by use of an assembly of bone data images and a final corrected image (χ) is formed by use of image (ρ) and the image (Ψ) which consists only of an error. |
