PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and safe cosmetic composition. SOLUTION: An antiallergic agent, a histamine release inhibitor or this cosmetic composition comprising mixed extracts of four kinds of plants of Althaea officinalis, Arnica montama.L, Tilia miqueliana Maxim and Paeonia moutan Sims is provided. The cosmetic composition has antiallergic action and histamine release-inhibiting action and is effective to skin inflammation diseases (e.g. flare, eczema, edema or swelling), atopic dermatitis, chapped skin, etc. Furthermore, the cosmetic composition enables utilization to general beverages and foods. |
