PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a glass cleaner capable of efficiently removing a silicone film, or the like, strongly sticking to a glass surface, and effectively removing it even when water is attached to the glass surface. SOLUTION: Frictional force-improving particles for improving the frictional force when rubbing a material against a ground surface are dispersed in an organic solvent such as an isoparaffin. Separately, a surfactant such as an alkylglucoside, or the like, is dissolved in the water, and further abrasive particles such as an alumina powder are dispersed therein. The organic solvent with the frictional power-improving particles dispersed therein is added to the water dispersion with the abrasive particles such as the alumina powder dispersed therein to provide an O/W type emulsion. The objective glass cleaner is obtained by adding a thickening stabilizer to the obtained emulsion. The friction power-improving particles are dispersed in the organic solvent phase in the glass cleaner.
