PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noises of an X-ray computer tomographic apparatus while assuring the effect of cooling an X-ray tube. SOLUTION: This apparatus includes a rotating element 17 rotated in a predetermined direction, an X-ray tube device 11 mounted on the rotating element 17, an X-ray detector 16 opposed to the X-ray tube device 11 for detecting X-rays transmitted through a subject, a radiator 13 mounted on the rotating element 17, and a circulating system 15 for circulating a liquid between the X-ray tube device 11 and the radiator 13. The radiator 13 is oriented in a direction to receive, from its front, air moved by rotation of the rotating element 17.
