PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the repair method of a pavement easy in execution without producing puddle on a road surface during a large amount of rainfall such as a localized torrential downpour by repairing the pavement surface on which the existing hardly permeable pavement surface or permeability is insufficient. SOLUTION: In an execution method repairing the existing road surface A1 such as a concrete pavement surface or a tile pavement surface A, permeable panels 1 previously integrally provided with pedestals 3 having the permeable block 2 of the upper layer and the drain means of the lower layer or/and a storing space 4 are laid.
