PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in that since a fluorine-containing polymer in which fluorine atoms are bonded to its main chain directly and represented by Tefron, has problems in its membrane formation by its thermal characteristics and structure, its uses are limited and its sliding down angle is not necessarily low in spite of its high contact angle, and on the other hand, the silicone is well known as a water-repelling material, used as a car wax, water-repelling coating material, etc., but it had a lower sliding down angle than that of the fluorine-containing polymer, its water-repelling property is inferior to that of the fluorine- containing polymer, and also although the reactive fluorine-containing polymer of which main chain consists of a hydrocarbon and having a fluorine compound in its side chain is used as a coating material as a material excellent in weather resistance and is more excellent in molding property, it has a lower contact angle, inferior water-repelling and oil-repelling properties and a high sliding down angle as compared with those of the Tefron. SOLUTION: This fluorine-containing polymer/silicone complex material is obtained by mixing a reactive fluorine-containing polymer having the fluorine compound in its side chain with a water-repelling silicone, a hydrophilic silicone or both of them and further adding a cross-linking agent for improving its contact angle and sliding down angle.
