PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate body feed method and a device surely peeling and raising a plate body in a stacked state one by one from a stacked place and highly accurately mounting in a prescribed position. SOLUTION: This plate body feed method peels and raises a stacked plate body one by one from a stacked place, transfers it to a prescribed position, and mounts it in a prescribed position. This method is characterized that a compressed air is jetted and sprayed to a joint between an upper layer plate and a lower plate of the uppermost-stage end side of the stacked plate bodies from a jet nozzle and then the plate body is raised from the stacked place. The plate body feed device peels and raises the stacked plate body one by one from the stack, transfers it to a prescribed position, and mounts it in the prescribed position, and is characterized to have the jet nozzle jetting the compressed air toward the stacked joint between the upper layer plate and the lower layer plate in the uppermost-stage end side of the stacked plate body.
