PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layer sliding member having a lower sliding resistance value while securing full adhesive strength of a resin layer. SOLUTION: Cu alloy powders are sintered on the surface of a back plate 1 to form a porous alloy layer 2. The alloy layer 2 is impregnated and covered with the resin layer 3. The alloy layer 2 comprises a plurality of alloy particles 2a deposited to secure full adhesive strength of the resin layer. The alloy particles 2a have average particle diameters of 25 to 100 μm, leading to a lower sliding resistance value. |
