PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel urethane foam material having skin layers formed on the outer surfaces exception both ends thereof and a method of manufacturing the urethane foam material continuously. SOLUTION: A urethane raw material U is continuously supplied to the upper smooth surface 30 of the molding paper P delivered from a raw paper roll and both end edge parts 31, 31 of the molding paper P are brought into contact with each other in a principal rafter state. Subsequently, the main body part of the molding paper P is passed through a cylindrical guide member 20 while both the end edge parts 31, 31 of the molding paper P are passed through the slit 22 of the guide member 20 in an extended state to mold the molding paper P as a cylindrical part 32. The urethane raw material U is foamed and expanded in a process wherein the cylindrical part 32 is moved through the cylindrical guide member 20 and a long rod-shaped urethane foam material S is continuously molded on the inner surface of the cylindrical part 32 brought into close contact with the inner wall surface of the guide member 20. |
