PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly send a master into a master containing case in a stencil printer for winding a platemade master on the outer peripheral surface of a plate cylinder by incorporating the master in the case, and drawing the master from the case immediately after a plate delivering operation is finished. SOLUTION: A master sending route 18 in a master containing case 4 is extended substantially horizontally at a position including a horizontal tangent at the upper ends of conveying rollers 16 disposed at the inlet 15 of the case 4 toward a platemaking unit 3 side to further generate a flow of the air toward the depth part of the route 18 by an air flow generating means 19. Thus, the master 12a can be sent into the case 4 in a state in which the master 12a is floated from the lower inner peripheral surface of the route 18, thereby preventing the master 12a from being adhered to the lower inner peripheral surface or the like of the route 18.
