PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat which expresses a natural sense of a natural material and warmness of the same, and is formed of a thermoplastic resin compound superior in heat insulating performance, safety, and cleanliness. SOLUTION: There is provided a floor mat A having a laminate structure consisting of a transparent surface layer 1, an colored intermediate layer 2, and a rear layer 3, and formed of a thermoplastic resin compound. The transparent surface layer contains 1 to 30 pts.wt. natural vegetable fibers each having a length of 0.5 to 10 mm, and the colored intermediate layer contains 1 to 50 pts.wt. at least one of natural vegetable fibers each having a length of 0.5 to 10 mm or natural vegetable particles each having a particle size of 20 to 200 mesh pass. Furthermore, the rear surface is formed of a foam structure with foaming magnification of 1.3 or higher. Still further, at least one of interposition of printed pattern pieces 4 between the transparent surface layer and the intermediate colored layer, and placement of a relief pattern 5 on the surface of the transparent surface layer is performed.
