PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet metal roofing, capable of securing safe working environment when adhering a sheet metal to a damping sheet, of providing a simple adhering work in a short period of time, of offering a high initial and final bonding strength and superior soundproofness due to the damping for the sheet metal roofing, and the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A hot-melt adhesive layer for damping sheet, made of a hot-melt adhesive layer for damping sheet at least on a single surface, is brought into contact with the rear surface of a sheet metal, the hot-melt adhesive layer is heated and melted, and damping sheet is adhered to the rear surface of the sheet metal, thereby obtaining the sheet metal roofing with the damping sheet adhered to the rear surface of the sheet metal via the hot-melt adhesive layer.
