PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make watertight an opening in a dwelling house structure constructed by ventilating construction method and allow drainage therefrom. SOLUTION: In the watertight structure, a watertight member 12 placed between a sash head 4a and an exterior wall member 7 is a long member with an approximately L-shaped cross section, and one or more drain holes 12c are provided in its surface disposed to face a ventilating space 5. A flexible member 17 covering the drain holes is disposed in the structure.
