PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide header type water/feed hot water pipes suppressing the total pipe length short and capable of improving the economical efficiency and execution property by arranging the branch pipes from headers to plumbing facilities in the shortest route. SOLUTION: A main feed water pipe 1 and a main feed hot water pipe 20 are branched to a plurality of branch pipes 4, 22, etc., via headers 3, 21, and branch pipes 4, 22, etc., are connected to the corresponding plumbing facilities respectively in the header type feed water/feed hot water pipes. The headers 3, 21 are installed under the floor, and the branch pipes 4, 22, etc., from the headers 3, 21 are horizontally arranged to the plumbing facilities nearly in a shortest route through dedicated sleeve holes 40, 41 for piping formed on a partition foundation.
