PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a storage space in a trunk room without making a vehicle body large-sized. SOLUTION: A rear floor pan 20 is formed in recessed shape enlarged downward in the rear position of a rear cross member 18, to form the bottom part of a trunk room 26. A front wall 26A of the trunk room 26 is projected onto the front side of the vehicle body below the rear cross member 18 to form a forward projecting part 26B. A spare tire 40 can be disposed in the trunk room 26 by inserting a part 40A of the spare tire 40 in the forward projecting part 26B.
