PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus roof part sealing method ensuring watertight sealing performance of a joint part while satisfying a commercial appearance quality standard even in the case of a clearance being formed between outside sheathing panels by forming a combination of plural sealants at a bus roof outside sheathing panel joint part. SOLUTION: To secure watertightness of a clearance 4a formed at the joint part of the roof outside sheathing panels 5, a paste sealant or a thermosetting tape-like sealant 1 is disposed as a primary sealant in the clearance 4a to ensure sealing performance, and thermosetting acrylic tape-like sealant 2 is stuck as a secondary sealant to the upper part of the primary sealant 1 to ensure the appearance quality and watertightness of the joint part of the outside sheathing panels 5. To suppress gas generated from the primary sealant 1, a PET film 2a is stuck between the primary sealant 1 and secondary sealant 2. The sealing performance of the joint part is ensured, and excellent watertightness and appearance can be maintained.
