PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fume-free roaster, which circulates and reheats cooking fume and exhaust gas generated when food including meat is roasted and does not let such fume or gas out inside the room. SOLUTION: The roaster comprises an outer furnace and an inner furnace, which are arranged so that part of them are provided with a clearance forming a fume path. The clearance is made to be an exhaust gas path, an exhaust hole communicating with a duct is provided on the bottom of the outer furnace which is connected with a ventilation pipe at least one end of which is opened to outside air to ventilate the inner furnace and the ventilation pipe is provided with a hole open to the inside of a combustion section.
