PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostatic switch which enhances the response speed and prevents degradation of the connection reliability. SOLUTION: A thermostatic switch frame 1 comprises a body 2 with a hollow 2a receiving a contact part 10, a middle cap 3 for covering the hollow 2a, and an external cap 4 for caulking the body 2. The middle cap 3 is provided with a cylindrical hole 3b, in which a pin 11 is inserted to freely move vertically to connect or disconnect the contact part 10 according to volumetric change of a bimetal 12. A seal member 14 made of a flexible material such as rubber is interposed between the middle cap 3 and external cap 4 to seal the hollow 2a. A dome-shaped bimetal 12 is arranged on the central portion 4b of the seal member 14, exposed through an opening 4a of the cap 4 to the outside.
