PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a read lid from slipping off from an upper lid. SOLUTION: A lid body, which covers a tape-like medium drawn out of a case main body comprises a front lid 6 which is supported rotatably on the case main body and covers the front side of the tape-like medium, an upper lid 7 which is coupled rotatably with the front lid 6 to interlock with the front lid 6 and covers the part above the tape-like medium, and a rear lid 8, which is coupled rotatably with the upper lid 7 to interlock with the upper lid 7 and covers the rear side of the tape-like medium. Support shafts 83 for coupling with the upper lid 7 are provided at both end parts of the rear lid 8, the upper lid 7 is equipped with a pivotal support part having a cut part for rotatably supporting the support shafts 83 of the rear lid 8 and inserting the support shafts 83, and restriction ribs 85 which restrict the axial movement of the support shafts 83 of the rear lid 8 by abutting against the pivotal support part of the upper lid 7 are formed at the root parts of the support shafts 83 of the rear lid 8.
