PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a case where a brush is nurted while the information recorded on a cleaning disk is read and also the brush falls or wears when the disk is rotated at a high speed. SOLUTION: This cleaning disk 1 includes a brush 3 which is attached to a disk main body 2 to clean a pickup lens P of an optical information recorder- reproducer. The body 2 includes a catalog information recording part 2a and an image information recording part 2b, and the brush 3 consists of an aggregate of single fibers of 1-1.2 deniers and is located at a position distant from the area end of the part 2a by L1 (>=5 mm) and also distant from the area end of the part 2b by L2 (>=5 mm) respectively.
