PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fix a fitting flange to such supports as a reservoir, a cylinder, a receptacle and a pattern. SOLUTION: For axially snap-mounting a dispenser 1 on the neck 36 of a medium bottle, i.e., a base 6 without overloading encapsulated pump parts a lock 20 is provided. The locks blocking member 30 for them axially bolts an actuating head 5 relative to a fastening flange 4. Thus, the fully assembled dispenser 1 can be fastened to a base 6 by introducing the jointing force into the above described head 5. Once, when the lock 20 is disengaged, the pump 7 can be actuated over the full pump stroke and its actuation can be reblocked by reengaging the lock 20. |
