<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-molded item having an edge with a good finished predetermined surface and to provide a molding method which decreases man- hour by cutting the blow-molded item to form the edge while it is still kept in the mold. SOLUTION: In a blow-molded item formed by blowing a sealed cylinder 11 of a molten synthetic resin with a pressurized air until it closely contacts a wall surface of a cavity of a mold, the end portion of the cylinder 11 is formed via a process of forming an extended surface 13 by a blowing air pressure for forming the inner surface, the surface 13 being arranged around the cylinder 11 having a plane extending in a direction from an inner side to an outer circumference, and via a process of cutting the extended portion 13 with a cutting blade 25 arranged vertically to the extended surface 13 around the circumference of the cylinder 11.</p> |
