PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waste foamed resin material treatment device which can easily dissolve the waster foamed resin materials and then take out only the dissolved waster foamed resin materials at a low cost. SOLUTION: This device for treating the waste foamed resin materials comprises a dissolving oven equipped with a heater which can heat a vegetable oil received in a pot at a temperature at which the waste foamed resin materials charged in the pot can be dissolved and precipitated, a discharging port for outward discharging the dissolved waste foamed resin materials, and a shut-off valve for opening or closing the discharging port.
