PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making self-propelling engine usable as a propelling engine of all fields. SOLUTION: This self-propelling engine is largely characterized by maximally using the fact that reaction by causing inertial linear motion in a moving piece 2 is not applied in the inverse direction to the propelling direction of a body 1 since the moving piece 2 itself uses a phenomenon itself of making the inertial linear motion in the tangent direction when inertial rotational kinetic energy already stored in the moving piece 2 transfers to inertial linear kinetic energy at a moment when releasing the moving piece 2 from rotary motion at an optional point after imparting rotational kinetic energy to the moving piece 2, and is maximally characterized by propelling this self-propelling engine itself by the inertial linear kinetic energy by receiving the inertial liner kinetic energy of the moving piece 2 by the body 1 itself. The self-propelling engine using inertial kinetic energy by rotation is largely characterized by enabling continuous repetitive operation of a series of operations by restoring the moving piece 2 to an initial state of rotating again on the circumference by recovering the moving piece 2 after imparting the energy to the body 1 itself.
