PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading body for a welding wire therewith a welding wire is smoothly drawn out without being stuck on a cylindrical body even when plural loops are taken out above the cylindrical body when the welding wire laminatedly contained in a pail container is taken out. SOLUTION: The loading body is characterized by the fact that an inner cylindrical body is a standing conical cylindrical body, which is a loading body for a welding wire spirally wounded and laminatedly contained in a looped form between an outer cylindrical body, forming a pail container and an inner cylindrical body fixed on the base of the pail container. The said conical cylindrical body is also characterized by the fact that the angle of the conical body is 0.6 deg. or greater.
