PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending machine arranged with a drive mechanism driven by a simple constitution having a reduced number of parts without using a hydraulic drive. SOLUTION: A ram 9, which is arranged with a top die 13 to press/fix a work from the upper direction in cooperation with a bottom die 7 provided for a lower frame 5, freely vertically movably provided for left/right side frames 3. A ram up/down drive device 17 has a simple constitution consisting of a drive shaft 21, which is supported on the side frames 3 and is rotation driven by a clamp rotation drive means 27, and a clamp link arm 29, in which one end is supported on an eccentric part of the drive shaft 21 and the other end is supported on the ram 9. A bend beam 49, by which the work pressed/fixed and protruded backward by the top die 13 and the bottom die 17 is bent upward or downward, is arranged so as to be freely oscillated in the up/down direction.
