PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot plate with a corrugated plate, which prevents the spatter of grease all around while roasting meat and can be manufactured to be light as much as possible and at lower cost. SOLUTION: A meat roasting section Sm is provided on a bottom wall 2a of the corrugated plate 2. On the meat roasting section Sm, there are formed inclined convex portions 11 at a certain interval. A cross direction center line Lc of the inclined convex portion 11 is more inclined to a plate center line Lp in the upper part than in the lower part. In other words its side wall surface Fi facing the plate center line Lp is almost vertical and its sidewall surface Fo facing the periphery is inclined. Even if the grease left between the inclined convex portions 11 spatters, it is prevented from reaching the outside of the plate and the greasy stains on the surfaces of the tables around can be reduced. Moreover, with the convex portions 11, the increase of weight is contained as much as possible and the manufacturing cost can be lowered.
