PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable health pillow which can solve problems such that since a conventional pillow for leisure made of a vinyl sheet is filled only with air, it is not stabilized and hence the neck of a user cannot be supported, thereby causing a pain to the neck, and an uncomfortable feeling of the smell of vinyl prevents a sound sleep, while a health pillow cannot be utilized unless a pillow in use is replaced, and a pillow, which can be applied to a portion of the body such as waist or foot where a pain is felt, is not available, and a conventional pillow is so large that it cannot be put into a bag. SOLUTION: In the portable health pillow, an inner bag 2 being a portable health pillow body is put into a wrapping cover being an outer bag 1, dried mugwort leaves 3 are positioned in the central portion of the bag 2. Further, soft chips 4 shaved out of various trees are filled into the bag 2, and the inner bag 2 is sewn in a lattice pattern to prevent the internal materials such as mugwort leaves and chips from slipping and collapsing.
