PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a column to a structure such as a foundation. SOLUTION: In a structure of fixing the column 14 of a building to the structure, a locking protrusion 14C is provided on the inner periphery wall at the end of the column 14 and a fixture 19 to be fastened to the structure is locked to the locking protrusion 14C. The fixture 19 consists of a bolt insertion portion 19A to be inserted into a bolt 15 and a plurality of holddown bodies 19B extended from the bolt insertion portion 19A to the radial direction and adapted to be locked to the locking protrusion 14C of the column 14, the holddown bodies 19B having elastically expanded or contracted diameters.
