REMOVING METHOD FOR WATERPROOF SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing method for an existing waterproof sheet, which is highly efficient, safe and gives no noncormity to recycling of the waterproof sheet recovered. SOLUTION: A cut-out device which has a ring-shaped cutting blade with a size larger than the outer periphery of the fixing member at the lower end for removing an existing sheet is used, the existing waterproof sheet is cut out to a ring shape around each fixing member, and the existing water proof sheet is peeled off and removed except for there cut-out portions.
