PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound that has the action to inhibit filamentous fungi from producing aflatoxin and melanin, a production process therefor, and agrochemicals, medicines and reagents containing the same. SOLUTION: A variety of the derivatives that are prepared by removing the tetramic acid moiety from blasticidin A of the chemical formula by treatment with ozone have the action to inhibit filamentous fungi from producing aflatoxin and melanin.
