PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound having excellent inhibitory actions on acetylcholinesterases. SOLUTION: This compound is represented by formula I wherein R1 denotes a group represented by formula II [wherein R3s are each same or different and denote each a 1-6C alkoxy group or the like; R5 denotes a halogen atom (except a fluorine atom), hydroxy group or the like; (m) denotes 0 or an integer of 1-6; and (n) denotes an integer of 1-4]; R2 denotes a group represented by formula III (wherein the ring A denotes benzene ring or the like; R6 denotes hydrogen atom or the like; and (q) denotes 0 or an integer of 1-5)} or its pharmacologically acceptable salt or a hydrate thereof.
