PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch press control method in which a plurality of kinds of forming with different forming height using a same die to a same work can be achieved, and its control device. SOLUTION: A plurality of pressing position data of a punching die 31 is set to the same die in advance, and when the work W is actually pressed, a pressing position data is switched to a predetermined value among a plurality of pressing position data to the same die, and the work is pressed by the punching die 31 based on the switched pressing position data. A plurality of pressing position data of a die 33 is set in advance, and when the work W is actually pressed, the pressing position data is switched to a predetermined value among a plurality of pressing position data to the same die, and the work is pressed using the die 33 based on the switched forming position data.
