PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause a flaw on the surface of a work, to hardly cause buckling to the work and to hardly cause a wrinkle on the inner peripheral face of the work. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a fixed die 1 having a work passing through hole 3 and a moving die 2 which has a work passing through hole 4, is arranged in front of the fixed die and is supported to freely turn, displace and rotate, a work W is bent, while passing through, between the fixed die and the moving die. A roller 5 is arranged at a work outlet side of the work passing through hole of the fixed die and at the inside of the direction the work is bent. A resin block is arranged at a bottom side of the roller and adjacent to the roller. The roller is formed to the barrel shape having a diameter at a center side larger than both end diameter.
