PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gravity falling of an upper side clamp beam which is arranged with a top die pressing/fixing a work in cooperation with a bottom die mounted to a lower clamp beam. SOLUTION: An upper side clamp beam, which is arranged with a top die pressing/fixing a work in the up/down direction in cooperation with a bottom die, is provided so as to be freely oscillated in the up/down direction. The upper side clamp beam is oscillation driven by a crank shaft 23 for clamp which is rotation driven by rotation drive means for clamp. A brake disk 23 for clamp is provided for the crank shaft 34 for clamp, the upper side clamp beam is arranged with a brake pressing part 77 for clamp, which is freely advanced/retreated to pressure sandwich/open the brake disk 69 for clamp from both sides of the disk face, and a brake drive means 79 for clamp to advance/retreat the brake pressing part 77 for clamp.
