PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-extinguishing system for a multi-level parking lot or the like of which the discharging port can be installed above an elevator by a calculation, wherein a perfect radiation pattern can be obtained, and at the same time, which can be installed with a less number of fire-extinguishing equipment and a less piping amount without requiring the discharging port on every storage case. SOLUTION: In this elevator method fire-extinguishing system wherein in respective storage cases 2 in a multi-level parking lot or the like, a pallet 4 which is vertically moved by an elevator 3 is stored together with the pallet, the discharging port 12 is provided on the elevator 3. Then, a fire extinguishing in the storage case 2 is performed by the radiation from the discharging port 12.
