PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw fuel jetting device for evaporator, which is capable of sufficiently micronizing and dispersing the liquid raw fuel and efficiently evaporating the raw fuel. SOLUTION: In the evaporator having an evaporating chamber 11 to obtain a raw fuel gas by evaporating the liquid raw fuel FL by a high temperature heating medium (a combustion gas), the raw fuel jetting device 40A for evaporator is provided with a 1st jetting part (a raw fuel jetting part 41A) for jetting the liquid raw fuel FL to the evaporating chamber 11 and a 2nd jetting part (an air jetting part 42A) for jetting a gas or a liquid (air A) in a prescribed directionality to the liquid raw fuel FL jetted from the 1st jetting part (the raw fuel jetting part 41A).
