PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively, rapidly and efficiently treat high-concentration organic matter. SOLUTION: This method for treating the waste liquid of the high- concentration organic matter consists in subjecting the waste liquid of 0.5 to 50% (weight) in the concentration of the organic matter to pretreatment for grain refining and/or emulsifying, then to a high-temperature heat treatment, then subjecting the liquid to a biological treatment.
