AUTHENTICITY DISCRIMINATING DEVICE, HAVING MINUTE PERFORATIONS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent forgery and alteration by using an authenticity discriminating device 1 to which information of a specific figure, a letter or the like is given by forming numerous perforations 4 so minute that they are hard to discern visually. SOLUTION: Numerous minute perforations constituted of numerous background perforations 5 and numerous information perforations 6 are disposed in zigzag for an arrangement of color stripes of RGB forming a color element screen 2 which is used on the occasion of discriminating authenticity. The numerous information perforations 6 are so disposed as to be shifted laterally at a prescribed distance (x) from the numerous background perforations 5. Besides, the background perforations 5 and the information perforations 6 are so disposed as to be shifted partially in the longitudinal direction in perforation lines of each column, so as to give binary-coded data constituted of '0' and '1'.
