PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rear package tray fixing structure improving assembly of a rear package tray to a vehicle and connector fitting work. SOLUTION: A body 1A is provided with a first connector 14 having a first guide means 14a and connected to a first wire harness 11. The rear package tray 20 is provided with at least one unit 21, (22) supplied with power from a second wire harness 11a, and a second connector 23 having a second guide means 23a and connected to the second wire harness 11a and also connected to the first connector 14. Fixing means 30, 31 connect the first and second connectors 14, 23, following the guide of the first and second guide means 14a, 23a in fixing the rear package tray 20 to the body 1A. The first wire harness 11 and second wire harness 11a are thereby connected electrically.
