PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave a reference to indicate the irradiation location for X rays on a film. SOLUTION: This film-mounting device is constituted of a mounting table 40 supported by a base 32, a recess 44 for the mounting of a film formed on the upper surface of the mounting table, an opening/closing lid 50 provided on the upper surface side of the mounting table, and a pressing plate 54 provided on the opening/closing lid being confronted with the recess. At a specified location on the pressing plate, a reference cross line 56 to determine a reference irradiation location when rays are emitted, is engraved. At the same time, on the extension lines of the reference cross line, reference pins 58 which indicate the location of the reference cross line and have a high absorbency to the rays are provided. An optical cross line emitted from a radiation device side is adjusted to the reference cross line. Since there are the reference pins, the area is blackened when being developed. By using the blackened area as a point on the reference line, a reference axis on a monitor side can be perfectly made to meet. By making the reference axes meet, analyses such as the distribution state of an X-ray dosage and the strength distribution can be accurately performed.
