PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which is excellent in fittability and leakage preventiveness from the circumference of a leg. SOLUTION: This absorptive article 1 comprises a liquid absorptive and permeable surface sheet 2, a liquid impermeable leakage-preventive sheet 3 and a liquid-retaining absorptive body 4, and is substantially long in the longitudinal direction, a pair of three-dimensional guards 6 is provided having a three- dimensional guard elastic member 64 on right and left parts in the longitudinal direction, a fastening tape 11 is provided on right and left parts B1 and B2 of a back side part B, a plurality of three-dimensional guard elastic members 64 are arranged straight in the longitudinal direction of a disposable diaper 1 at a crotch-to-ankle part C of the disposable diaper 1 as illustrated in Figs. 1 and an end part 64a is cured so as to be located on the fastening tape 11 side at the back side part B of the disposable diaper 1.
