PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment for ophthalmic use provided with an align ment projection system by which detection error in working distance of corneal curvature owing to individual difference is reduced and working distance is adjusted quickly, and also applicable to the equipment that projects an index light on cornea from one light source and adjusts working distance based on the focus conditions of the reflected light. SOLUTION: According to the corneal curvature of the objective eye obtained by input key 51, a light driving system 53 moves the light guide of the alignment index projection optical system along light axis.
