PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the structure of current hoisting lavatory seat is complicated and one cannot relieve nature on standing position because of short hoisting stroke. SOLUTION: A lavatory seat 1 is hoisted freely by fixing a rectangular pipe 12 on the rear end of lavatory pan, setting screw axis 10 rotated by reversible motor 5 via a nylon gear 8 in both for and reverse directions in the pipe 12, the lower end thereof being fixed on the lower end of the pipe 12 via an oil-less bearing 11, dangling rectangular pipe 2 freely hoisting in the pipe 12 via an oil-less ware plate 14, fixing a screw nut on the lower end of the pipe 2 and screwing the screw nut 3 to the screw axis 10.
