PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotor from damaging when a spinning reel is put on a grounding surface. SOLUTION: This rotor 3 of spinning reel is rotatably attached to a reel body 2 and used for winding a fishline around a spool 4 and is equipped with a cylindrical part 20, first and second rotor arms 21 and 22, a veil arm 23 and cushion members 30a to 30c made of an elastic body. The cylindrical part 20 is rotatably attached to the reel body 2. The first and second rotor arms 21 and 22 are connected to the rear outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 20 and mutually oppositely arranged on both sides of the cylindrical part 20. The veil arm 23 is swingably attached to the tip of both rotor arms 21 and 22 to guide the fishline to a spool 4. The cushion members 30a to 30c are fixed to a contact part which comes into contact with the grounding surface when the cylindrical part 20 and the spinning reel of both rotor arms 21 and 22 are grounded.
