PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance roller structure and a sheet roller conveyance device with the conveyance roller structure easily manufactured and recycled with a little material and a little manhour in manufacture and recycling. SOLUTION: In a conveyance passage 6, sheets are conveyed in such a state that a drive roller 1 with a drive roller shaft 2 penetrating therethrough is made to abut on a hollow driven roller 10 integrally molding a trunk part 10a, a shaft part 10b, and a side part 10c together. The side part 10c is formed with a recess 10e and the trunk part 10a is projecting outside. When the both rollers are press contacted with each other by setting the axial length of the driven roller 10 longer than the axial length of the drive roller 1, and positioning the both ends of the drive roller 1 between the both ends of the trunk part of the driven roller 10, an approximately equal press-contact force is provided in the press-contact region so that the sheets can be efficiently conveyed.
