PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagonal hole machining method and an NC machining device capable of machining a diagonal hole in a workpiece by a simple machining program. SOLUTION: In this diagonal hole machining method for machining a diagonal hole in a workpiece using a machining tool in an NC machining device, the diagonal hole is machined in the workpiece by relatively moving the machining tool and the workpiece using an NC maching program including data to designate an inclination angle B, a rotation angle C, and a cutting depth Z of the machining tool.
