PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification unit capable of preventing the mingling of low temperature nitrogen gas or air into a gasification furnace during a fuel feeding process, aiming at the improvement of the gasification efficiency and also preventing the reduction of the calorie of the gasified gas. SOLUTION: This gasification unit is provided by installing a steam ejector 60 for conveying a fuel 1 to the gasification furnace 10 side with steam 61 in the middle of a fuel-feeding tube 50 connecting a cut and delivery device 40 and the gasification furnace 10.
