PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intrusion prevention fence having the intrusion prevention effect without giving a feeling of high-handedness to the surroundings. SOLUTION: Meshes in an upper part of a fence differ from those in a lower part thereof, and the meshes in the upper part are finer than those in the lower part to prevent an intruder from breaking in by applying his hands to the upper fence. Since the mesh of the upper fence is 12 mm or less, the finger cannot be put into the mesh. The embodiment in which a fence having fine meshes is installed in an upper part of the existing fence by mounting fittings can be also used. In this case, an upper furring strip of the existing fence can be used in common as a lower furring strip of the upper fence.
